Stuck?!: A Sketch Layout-Gifts

Happy Holidays All!

Sharing with you my take on the December 1 Stuck Sketches?! sketch:

 I used  Lawn Fawn Peace Love and Joy paper collection I bought last year or maybe the year before, I can't remember anymore, LOL.

The poinsettia leaves are cut with the Tim Holtz Tattered Poinsettia die. Badges are from the same Lawn Fawn line as the paper.

I fussy cut the black background circles from the paper and scattered black and red gems as well as snowflakes punched from glitter paper. The title alphas are from the December Scrap Shotz kit.

I can't wait to make use of more sketches in the New Year!

Stuck!? Sketches December 15th

Christmas is less than a week away and I am madly trying to squeeze in time to complete scrapbooking last years Christmas photos. That's where a sketch comes in super handy so I used the December 15th Stuck?! sketch:

Here is my layout:

 I LOVED the stitched tree shape and embroidered it with gold thread.

Papers and sticker edges were inked with Black Soot Distress Ink. Nuvo Crystal drops were applied randomly around the photos😊.

I used the Scrap Shotz December 2017 kit for this layout and added Nuvo Crystal drops randomly around the photos.

Being honest, I won't get all the 2016 Christmas photos scrapped but I am off to a good start!

Sketches make it so quick to put a layout together and the November Creative Scrapbooker Magazine   sketch was no exception.

A quote I found on the internet provided the title for these summer photos along with papers from my abundant stash 😁.
