I think this is my favorite Paint-A-Flower release to date! I colored the stamp with Artist Markers and added "sparkle" with a white gel pen.
This is an easy image to fussy cut and after doing so I adhered it a background that I previously created with Persian Blue and Ultraviolet Water Color Brush Markers on watercolor paper and then foiled with the Chevron Hot Foil Plate. The sentiment is heat embossed with Platinum Crisp Embossing Powder.
