Hello Everyone!

It's Krafty Girl Rosie here and how fabulous is it to have so many options for one challenge! 

I chose Blue and Monochromatic, although I couldn't quite bring myself to make the cow blue too, lol. You’ll find that cute image and the sentiment in the Farm Friends stamp set! 

I inked blue cardstock with the Crazy Cow Stencil and Blue Bay, Amazing Azure and Designer Denim Ink. The card front and sentiment are matted on navy blue cardstock to keep the monochromatic theme going!

Every month we post a brand new challenge with three themes to choose from, and a mid month inspiration post with even more creative ideas! You are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

This month's challenge will remain open until February 3rd!

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps January Release Blog Hop + Shop!

  Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our January Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

I created a set of cards for ideas you can use for Valentine's Day with the So Punny stamp set!

"We're a great pear" was your So Punny Krafty Peek and here are the rest of the cards using the So Punny set!

The olives are fussy cut and layered over P13 Hello Spring patterned paper and a Lunar Paste card front created with the Geo 1 stencil.

All the backgrounds were created with the Geo 1 stencil, the pink and red with Creative Expressions Golden Flamingo Opal Polish and Fire Red Kiss Glitter Kiss, so interesting that the area the colours blend turns golden.

 The green/yellow is a combination of Lunar Paste in Lator Gator and Sike!.

  Such a fun stamp set to create with and so great for upcoming Valentine's Day!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps January Krafty Peeks...Day THREE! So Punny!

            Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the January Release 

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are so excited to share a funny, punny set 

by artist

Michelle Houghton called...

SO PUNNY!

This set is filled with adorable images and sweet puns - perfect to send to a friend anytime! And think about how cute they would be for Valentines Day!! 💓You can even add little faces for even more fun!

I definitely had Valentine's Day in mind for this card, creating a background with the Geo 1 stencil and Creative Expressions Golden Flamingo Opal Polish and Fire Red Kiss Glitter Kiss. I then die cut with the Waffle Flower Nesting Hearts Die and adhered the Copic Pears with foam adhesive on top.

The heart is then layered over paper from the P13 Hello Spring collection. 

This is such a fun set!

You'll notice this awesome set coordinates with the YOU'RE A DOUGH-ABLE stamp of the month set!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps January Krafty Peeks...Day TWO! Krafty Goodness!

 

 Welcome back to Day TWO of our January Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Michelle Houghton

 and it's called.....

KRAFTY GOODNESS!

This adorable set features an assortment of creative Krafty supplies ready for you to make amazing works of "heart"! 

This is such a great stamp set for crafters! I can also see it being great to use for teacher cards!

I Copic coloured the images, adding "sparkles" to the hearts with a white gel pen.

Grey Bazzil cardstock is dry embossed with the Geo 1 stencil and then the coloured panel is layered over top.

It's time for our January Release Peeks to begin

Today we’re featuring an adorable addition to our mice friends,

These sweet little mice friends are back with their creative supplies and ready to get krafty!!

I combined a sketch from Freshly Made Sketches with the new Geo 1 stencil and this super cute mouse from Krafty Mice! I've Copic coloured the mouse and layered him with foam tape over My Favorite Things Stitched Circle Stax die cuts.

As you hop around the design team's blogs today you'll be able to check out KRAFTY MICE! in action in combination with a lot of our other new 

January Kraftin' Kimmie products!  

We've got TWO new Krafty Stencils for this month's release to help add some funky fun to your creations!

I'm playing along and I choose the WINTER theme.

I Copic coloured the mouse and snow-mouse from the Mice Christmas set and then placed them on a scene made from glitter cardstock, watercolour cardstock and Distress Watercolour pencils. I added Nuvo Winter Frostbite Glacier Paste through the Cool Crystals stencil.

I've got a head start on Christmas cards for the 2023!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Monthly Christmas Challenge!

 

You may still have your Christmas supplies out so why not start on your 2023 cards and join Kimmie's Monthly Christmas Challenge!

Be inspired by one any of the following images and share as many creations as you'd like during the month!

January's theme is SNOW and ICE!

Here's my card featuring the You're So Cool stamp set!

I've added "snow" with Crystal Stickles to this Copic coloured image of Lukas off to choose a Christmas tree!

The image is framed with a Honey Bee Thin Ovals die cut frame and layered over a piece of Crate Paper from the recent Kraftin' Kimmie Holiday Virtual Retreat. 

The card front is embossed with the Altenew 3D Gem Pattern embossing folder.

A few Pinkfresh Studio Gold Metallic Pearls finish off the card.

The challenge runs only on Facebook so you can find the album to upload your entries to HERE.

Kraftin' Kimmie January Skrappy Challenge!

 

Good morning krafty friends!

Happy New Year!

It's January, and that means it's time for a brand new
SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

This month I created a set of Artist Trading Cards for the challenge!

I stamped, Copic coloured and fussy cut this image from Good In the Woods. I inked the background first with the Breezy Backgrounds stencil and Yummy Yellow Hybrid Ink, then while leaving the Breezy Background stencil in place, I layered the Tire Tracks Stencil at an angle and inked with Amazing Azure ink which of course creates this lovely green shade.

I hand doodled a border around the edges of each card.

Embellished with some gems from stash and Tim Holtz Small Talk phrase stickers.

Enjoy hopping around to see what the DT has created and play along with us as well!

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!  As soon as we have at least five people playing along, we'll be giving away a $10 gift voucher to the krafty shop as the monthly prize!
