Our sweet friend Lulu is back and this time she's full of birthday celebrations and surprises!
I've Copic coloured Lulu showing off her birthday dress, fussy cut and adhered with foam tape on the ovals die cut with the Spellbinders Postage Edge Oval dies.
I dry embossed a piece of 49th and Market patterned paper with the Lots of Love stencil and then lightly inked with Lost Shadow Distress Ink.
