Monthly Saturday Challenge Mid Inspiration Post

We are back today with an inspirational post showcasing more ideas to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing!

We can't wait to see what you create!

This month the challenge themes for you are: 

GLITTER/FOIL, FLOWERS and/or PURPLE!

You can choose any or all - whatever inspires you!

I applied double sided adhesive to white card stock, traced and fussy cut the large diamond from the Dazzling Diamonds stencil set, removed the release paper and then applied gold glitter!

Our Ink Of The Month, which will be on sale all month long, just happens to be a lovely shade of PURPLE!! This month features the gorgeous Alluring Amethyst Ink Pad, Cube and Reinker!!  Grab it now to add to your collection.

Krafty Girl Karla is hosting the mid-inspiration post today!

Every month we post a brand new challenge with three themes to choose from, and a mid month inspiration post with even more creative ideas! You are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

This month's challenge will remain open until June 2nd.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps May Krafty Peeks! Day Two-Flutter High!

        Welcome back to Day TWO of our May Krafty                                        Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Michelle Houghton

 and it's called.....

FLUTTER HIGH!

There are so many ways to use these beautiful butterflies and the accessory bee and flower stamp! The uplifting sentiments are perfect for any occasion! 

All the images in this set are super easy to colour and fussy cut! I shaded the darker areas with Altenew Monochrome Shading Pencils. The pink areas are coloured with an RV00 copic marker and then coated with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter.

I also added Glossy Accents on the dark shading and then the images are layered over the a card front inked with the Butterfly Bounty layering Stencil!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps May Release Krafty Peeks! Day One - Monkey Business!

     Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our May Release Peeks to begin

Today we’re featuring a sweet set of adorable monkeys

designed by Neda Sadreddin,

These cuties are ready for fun, and might just go bananas if you let them!

 I Copic coloured these cuties and fussy cut. I then popped them up with foam adhesive over Lawn Fawn Tropical Leaves Die Cuts. The patterned paper card front is also from Lawn Fawn.

Kraftin' Kimmie May Skrappy Challenge!

Good morning krafty friends! 

It's May, and that means it's time for a brand new

SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!  As soon as we have at least five people playing along, we'll be giving away a $10 gift voucher to the krafty shop as the monthly prize!  

I stamped and coloured images from Puppy Power, fussy cut and adhered to my May monthly planner layout. 

The hearts are stamped from the I Do set and coloured with Zebra Mildliner pens.

I've also stencilled a portion of the Summer Sunbeams stencil again with Zebra Mildliner pens.

The stars from Hello Sunshine are used as "bullets" for the journaling and stamped in the Ink of the Month Cool Canteloupe.
